The Business Fact Sheet
The one-page document that holds the canonical version of every fact about your business. Fill it in once, paste it everywhere.
Print this page, fill it in by hand or in a note, and treat it as the single source of truth. Every listing, profile, and directory gets these facts pasted in unchanged — machines confirm you’re you by cross-checking them, and every mismatch costs a little trust. When a fact changes, change it here first, then walk the surfaces.

Date completed: ______ — then put the quarterly surface check on the calendar, because facts drift and this sheet is only useful while it’s true.
